Why this program is relevant

My voice and program is relevant. I am not only a specialist in this area with a professional holistic and clinical background. I have lived through childhood sexual abuse myself and know this trauma takes more than a talking cure to heal and recover and that a complex pattern of shame can be the biggest obstacle to people reaching for help and talking to a therapist. People need effective options for healing.

How can an audio program be effective?

Not everyone has access to or wants to or can afford to talk to a therapist. In fact the talking cure alone can be bit like sweeping dust from one end of the room to the other and then shoving it under a rug. It can stir things up, make things worse and nothing very much gets cleared. This is why people who have been sexually abused often resist having therapy and continue to suffer in silence.

With this audio program people will have affordable access to my specialist expertise and healing methods. Listeners will feel and safe and protected as they heal by being able to use the audios at their own pace without having to expose their shame or vulnerability talking to a therapist in an unfamiliar environment.

The audio program will help men in particular who find talking about problems disempowering because it can lower their testosterone level which is unhelpful.

How the audio program works

In these audios I do all the talking! But I also work energetically with listeners. I teach men and women to understand themselves and to safely resolve the overwhelming energy of suppressed feelings particularly; panic, anger, helplessness and shame that inevitably surface for clearing. I also progressively guide listeners to overcome the many complex coping mechanisms and behavioural reactions to abuse that are sabotaging their adult lives. People can ultimately heal by learning how to reclaim their innocence, self worth and personal power.
