Target audience

All management and staff under pressure with the objective of improved performance and motivation.

Overview

A) The introductory half day group programme provides practical options for handling stress to help participants support themselves under pressure. The course offers both remedial and proactive measures providing managers and staff with important insights into how to recognise stress and what can be done about it.  On request the course can be tailored to specific company requirements.

Delegates will acquire skills to cope with difficult people.

B) The follow up revisional short courses allow delegates to discuss their progress and receive assistance refining and integrating the techniques into their life.

C) The optional one to one meetings allow delegates to address specific issues relevant to their present environment . The aspect of confidentiality is favoured by individuals holding positions at management, executive and board level.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The initial group programme is an introduction only and exists as part of a whole process that deals with the complexities of stress. Follow up revisional courses, optional one to one sessions and support services enable staff to fully integrate skills into working life so that benefits are ongoing , cumulative and effective.

Flexible arrangements mean that stress can be dealt with as and when it occurs. The facilitator will make every attempt to discover the needs of delegates before the initial course is run and will contact individuals (with their permission) to check on progress.
