Face to face coaching, telephone sessions and half day programmes

Face to face sessions are held at the Central London practice. Telephone sessions are made by appointment and half day intensives are run either at the Central London practice or a suite at the Landmark Hotel or a venue of your choice.

About coaching

The type of clients that consult me, need to know where I can add real value. I can summarise that there are three main areas that I contribute.

1.Supporting clients in creating a life of fulfilment

The coaching process is always about the client's agenda - what the client wants and needs and how he or she wants to be supported.

Collaborative Process

My role is to listen and creatively explore with you what you want , what a life a fulfilment really means to you. Together we put in place the steps and action needed to arrive at that place of fulfilment. I will provide an environment where you can be yourself and feel safe.

Coaching is not just about action and goals, it is an expansive exciting process of learning and growth . No one is on an upward curve of motivation and success all the time and there is much to gain by by our mistakes as well as our achievements. Coaching can help you reach into your inner resources to move beyond your resistances and fears and perceived limitations. Coaching helps to keep moving people forward in a way that enriches them whatever is going on on their life.

2.Rebalancing

I work with individuals who tend to over commit to other's demands at the expense of their own well-being, happiness, relationships and lifestyle. The inappropriate commitment is often in relation to work and the perceived need for approval from others.

Such individuals want help in addressing stress and dissatisfaction caused by losing perspective and purpose. They want to rebalance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

3.Change

I assist my clients in adapting creatively to change that they volunteer or change they perceive as outside their control. The change may be a new job, new career, redundancy, sudden increase in responsibilities, relocation, becoming self employed, divorce, marriage, pregnancy, birth of a baby, death of a loved one.

Half day programmes

The half day programme is an opportunity to work in a concentrated way to enable you to really move forward when you feel blocked either by yourself, your circumstances or other people.

By working through one major area in a concentrated way, even if it takes the entire half day session, clients invariably find that other dilemmas clear up too . When we change one major area in our life by a change in attitude or action, the whole dynamic of our life changes.
